About my yoga offerings
My intention is to create a space that we can listen inward, accept ourselves as we are and move from there. I create grounding sequences that help us connect to the earth, our community, and our true self. My classes are inspired by nature’s wisdom, the human body, yogic philosophy, Thai Yoga Massage theory & life, in general.
I love to create unique classes depending on requests, interests, and the vibe of the group. My classes blend Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and are accessible to all with opportunity to listen to your own needs and move from there.

About my massage offerings
Thai Yoga Massage has opened up a whole new realm for connecting to our energy body and a centred heart. This ancient healing art complements my yoga offerings, providing deep release, assisted stretches, and grounding touch.

My journey to here
Right away, I enjoyed how the practice felt physically when I first tried yoga in 2013. Since then, the practice has evolved into a journey exploring life and creating space to feel whatever’s there physically, emotionally, mentally, that day.
